Materials

Fendor ClearLine Steel box section mainframe at head, cill and jambs. Framing to give a fire resistance of 30 minutes integrity only. Framing system to be hidden by surrounding structure.
System depth to be 50mm
Fendor Swingline Flush steel frame door profiles with snap on glazing bead
System depth to be 50mm
Glazing details: 12mm thick clear glass to give a fire resistance of 30/0. Glazing to be silicone butt joint glazed using fire retardant silicone. (class A safety glass).
Finish: All steel sections to be Polyester powder top coat finish.
Ref RAL 9006 matt to a thickness of 60-80 microns.
