Type: FineLine fire rated curtain wall system with steel back box, stainless steel pressure plate and aluminum cover cap. 50mm face width.

Internal framing member

Material: Steel
Finish: All steel sections to be polyester powder top coat finish.
Ref RAL 9002 matt to a thickness of 60-80 microns.

External cover cap

Material: Aluminum
Finish: FendorHansen polyester powder paint finish to suit standard internal application.
Ref RAL 9002 matt to a thickness of 60-80 microns
Glazing:
10mm Fendor Pyrolithic
Glazing system: Glazing tapes and silicone application
Other requirements: Framing system and glass to achieve 30 minutes integrity fire performance. Framing to allow for fitting tolerance, building movements and deflections, as well as tolerance for fire expansion to the screen. All perimeter gaps to be filled with fire resisting mineral wool and pointed with fire retardant silicone.
