Established 25 years ago, specialist glazing company FendorHansen has undergone a Management Buy-Out led by Managing Director Chris Duffy.
Having previously carved out a niche market in fire-glazing making fire-resistant glass the time was right for the company to look into new markets and opportunities when they entered the security glazing market in 2003. This move will now gain further momentum as a result of the recent successful MBO.
The new company, known as Fendor, will seek growth in the aluminium framed sector with opportunies for substantial growth. Investment in capital equipment is now underway with plans to increase factory space and workforce in the near future.
