Fendor has successfully carried out an extensive series of blast tests at to the Baker Risk test facility in Texas USA. This highly successful project was part of Fendor’s research and development investment initiative in response to the Petrochemical Industry’s increasing requirement for more architectural blast resistant products. The programme entailed testing on full scale test specimens. The products were tested with long duration blasts in a shock tube which replicates the effects of petrochemical explosions.

In addition, Fendor conducts arena tests at UK govenerment factities from 10m standoff and up to 500kg.
